S.H.A.R.P. is a 100 year old civic organization open to anyone who lives or works in the area
bounded by Lincoln Blvd, 7thAve-Laguna Honda, Dewey-Taraval, and 19th Avenue.

The specific and primary purposes for which SHARP was formed are to
undertake charitable programs to benefit the Sunset Heights area of San
Francisco. This shall include the instruction of the public on subjects
useful and beneficial to the community and lessening the burdens of
government, the combating of community deterioration, lessening of
neighborhood tensions, the elimination of prejudice and discrimination,
defense of human and civil right secured by law and erection or
>maintenance of public building, monument or works.

SHARP meets the last Wednesday of each month at the Taraval Police Station 2345 24th Ave.
